I am Arthur Warady, a business lawyer serving owners of privately-owned companies in Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania and New York.

My clients are not limited to Construction, Consulting, and Technology. My clients include many other industries, for example, manufacturing, toys and games, lawyers, accountants, residential rental, surgeons, nurse practitioners, and 501(c)(3) public charities.

I am not your typical business lawyer. I have deep empathy with my clients because in addition to my law practice, I have “real” business experience. I formed and commercialized a few different business corporations, including two computer software companies.

I’m a lawyer that’s been a client! It gives me a different perspective.

I am also a non-practicing CPA. This makes me better able to connect with my clients and their accountants. It also enables me to recognize tax implications in many business transactions that traditional business lawyers may overlook.
